In collaboration with Milieu Centraal, we worked on shaping their digital strategy in two strategic workshops and several in-depth discussions, focusing on a number of themes.
Digital Strategy
During this process, it became clear that a sharpening of the brand strategy was necessary to further strengthen the positioning and relevance of the platform. We also looked at the influence of AI on the organization, employees and society.
In addition, we discovered the need for a new digital architecture to be able to operate in a future-proof manner. We recommended a headless development approach, with which Milieu Centraal can distribute content flexibly via APIs to various partners and channels. This technological choice responds to the growing need for scalability and efficiency in content distribution, without sacrificing user-friendliness or speed.
By also integrating the opportunities and applications of AI, we have created a digital roadmap that combines innovation and content. This ensures that Milieu Centraal is ready to collaborate with partners and increase their impact on the target group in a sustainable and smart way.
